Settling In

We understand that starting preschool can be a worrying time for both you and your child — and we do everything we can to make it as easy as possible.

We begin by inviting you and your child to an ‘All About Me’ meeting, giving us the opportunity to get to know your family and understand your child’s individual needs and interests. We will then arrange settling-in visits, tailored to your child’s unique requirements to ensure a positive and comfortable transition into preschool. Each child is assigned a dedicated Key Person who will support them in settling in, building relationships, and fostering their learning and development throughout their time at Mount Preschool.
